Martin Pickard - Managing Director

Mr Pickard leads Rockland Europe's operation and brings over 15 years of active involvement in both the UK and European power and gas markets. Prior to joining Rockland, Mr Pickard worked for both National Power and El Paso Energy. His specific experience includes deal origination, structuring and execution of equity and debt investments, power plant and investment management, project restructurings, commodity monetisations and residual investment disposals.

Andrew Gordon - Director

Mr Gordon is Rockland Europe's Regional Director for the UK and NW Europe and has more than 15 years experience of originating and managing investments in energy infrastructure. Previously, he was a Director of Indepen Consulting for four years where is main involvement was with UK utilities. In addition, Mr Gordon worked at both National Power and BP where is experience includes deal origination, investments appraisal and asset management in the European and International gas and power sectors.

Lixin Li - Vice President

Mr Li’s responsibilities include origination, evaluation, analysis and structuring of potential investment opportunities. He also brings significant experience in emissions trading and carbon finance and will lead Rockland's initiatives in these areas. Mr Li has over 15 years of experience in the power sector with various multinationals include PriceWaterhousecoopers, National Power and Alstom.
