POWER PLANT INVESTMENT STRATEGY WITH ROCKLAND EUROPE

Rockland Europe was originally formed in early 2003 as part of Rockland Capital in order to develop and finance selected investment opportunities created by the deregulation of the North American and European energy and infrastructure markets. In 2004 the ownership of the European business changed with Cargill Financial Markets acquiring 42.5% Rockland Europe has continued its co-operation with the US business and all locations work closely together.

Rockland Europe is privately owned and looks to place competitively priced capital in a range of investment opportunities including new build, operating and distressed asset situations.

Rockland Europe is interested in acquiring equity and debt in projects that are asset backed and secured by long term contracts.

Rockland Europe works with management teams in order to structure the buyout or the acquisition of existing businesses or new opportunities.

The Rockland Europe team comprises professionals with many years of experience in the energy industry and financial markets and offers consultancy and advisory services to industrials and investors.

Rockland Europe is active in the renewable and sustainable energy markets and is developing specific in-house expertise in the global carbon credit market.

Rockland Europe has offices in London and affiliations in New York and Houston.
